The Phoenix Lunch #3 – Sponsorship Information

Sponsorship at the Phoenix Lunch #3 is limited to a small group of donors.

Attendees of this lunch are typically

• women
• in micro, and small businesses
• between the ages of 30-60
• from across Melbourne
• commonly in service industries
• commonly in home-based businesses
• commonly with families
• interested in building stronger relationships
• looking for good networking opportunities that will bring valuable alliances
• looking for fun and conversation
• keen to support women’s charities

All donors will need to:

• keep offers within the advertised theme of “pampering”
• advise organisers of their proposed offer by November 9.
• provide a RRP value for their offer which is equivalent to a publicised value of the product
• ensure prizes have reached the organisers by November 23.

Organisers will consider all offers thoroughly and assess their inclusion based on the following factors

• Close adherence to the theme
• Number of prizes available
• Reasonable spread of offers across all three sponsorship levels
• Relevance to the target market/attendees of the event
• Reasonable accessibility of receipt of the prize (eg geographical location)

Jade Sponsors

• donate prizes with a value of AUD $100 – $250
• In exchange these sponsors receive:
  • Listing on this website with links to your website
  • Listing on the Sponsors Cards on each table
  • Opportunity to be verbally promoted at the event
  • Opportunity to present prize
  • Including promotional/marketing materials in the gift bags for each attendee

Ruby Sponsors

• donate prizes with a value of AUD $251-$500
• In exchange the sponsors receive:
  • Opportunity to mount your promotional banner at the Lunch
  • Opportunity to be verbally promoted at the event
  • Opportunity to present prize
  • Listing on this website with links to your website
